Integrated Marketing and Communications

Some clients need it all - from branding to marketing communications strategy to stewardship of corporate reputation. As Director of Marketing for The Works Partnership, an international human resources firm, Linda developed programs that supported growth in the UK, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong and Taiwan, and opening new markets in China and India. Working from the United States and traveling frequently to offices throughout Asia, she led the creation of branding and customer acquisition strategy, quality standards and multi-media marketing communications in four languages. Her crisis management experience was essential during the SARS outbreak, and her corporate philanthropy experience was called into play after the South Asian Tsunami. Linda Rosso produced a quick video you can watch here - it raised $10,000 USD in a few days for the Indonesian tsunami. To build Asian-based marketing expertise and support succession plans, Linda formed a regional marketing team to implement corporate, regional and local market programs, and coached for a successful handover.
